A public meeting has been arranged for Wednesday 13th May 2015 at 7pm at Church of The Three Patrons, Parish Centre, 52 Grosvenor Road, Dublin 6. to discuss the future development of Herzog Park, Rathgar. Parks Services has appointed REDscape Landscape Architects to draft a master plan for the re-design of Herzog Park. Public consultation carried out last year as part of the Rathgar Village Improvement Plan (VIP) confirmed that local people felt that Herzog was underutilised and had great potential to provide a public space for village events. Our ever popular Garden Competition returns for 2015. The competition itself takes place in early July with our judges busily examing the local gardening talent that has become very evident over the last number of years. 2014 saw some really inspiring entries and we are expecting the same high standard this year.  You can view the 2014 winners' details here. The Rathgar Residents Association is organising a public meeting on Thursday 23 April 2015 at 8:00pm in St. Patrick's Hall (located behind the Church of the Three Patrons on Rathgar Road).  All members and non-members alike are welcome. This is a great opportunity to hear the concerns of the people living in the area. In the past the Association has found this to be a very useful exercice.  We look forward to seeing you there.
