Recovery Self Help Method Ireland Local Meetings, every Tuesday 8pm.

Recovery Self Help Method Ireland, is a HSE funded mental health charity which holds meetings every Tuesday evening at 8pm in the Parish Centre, 52 Grosvenor Road, Rathgar. The meetings are there to help anyone suffering from mental health issues like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or OCD. There are no fees and no registration required, you just come along and join in. Bulky Household Waste Collection Service

Dublin City Council is now offering an online Bulky Household Waste Collection Service to all households in its administrative area with effect from 16th May 2016. The bulky waste collection is for items that are too large to be accepted by the regular waste collection service e.g. furniture, carpets, bikes and kitchen & bathroom units. Residents will be able to request this service via the Dublin City Council website and customer services centre. NB: This is a Domestic Household Bulky Waste Collection Service only and is not available to commercial premises. What is Log On To Learn IT or computer literacy is often an issue for Older People who may not have had the opportunity to learn how to use a computer or discover the Internet. One effect of the widening of the digital divide is the exclusion of Older People from many aspects of modern life, due to their lack of basic computer skills.
